Why This Work Exists
After 17 years in consulting and corporate environments, I saw a clear pattern.
Many successful women reach a point where the old definition of success no longer fits, especially after having children. Not because they've lost ambition. But because priorities shift, identity evolves and success starts to mean something different.
At senior levels, career decisions are rarely just about work. They're about compensation, stability, family, and the cost of getting it wrong.

About Me
I've lived inside these systems myself: the ambition, the pressure, the politics, and the reality that talent and hard work alone do not always get rewarded.
With 17 years in consulting (including Big 4), I understand the realities of navigating high-performance environments. I changed roles, changed companies, and eventually realized my next chapter meant building something of my own.
As a mother of two, I understand how priorities evolve and how challenging it can be to build a meaningful career alongside family life.
